California Court Order Starbucks: A court in California, USA has given a big verdict regarding Starbucks. The court has ruled Starbucks to pay a compensation of $ 50 million (about 434.75 crore) to the delivery driver. In fact, due to Starbucks’ hot beverages (beverages), he fell on the beverage delivery driver, causing a lot of parts of the driver’s body. In this case, the court has ordered Starbucks to pay compensation.

The accident occurred on February 8, 2020. When the delivery driver Michael Garcia picked an order from Los Angeles to a Starbucks Drive-Through. According to the documents filed in the court, Barista could not keep the hot drinks in a safe manner in the Beverage Career, as a result of which the driver faced a third degree burn, nerve damage and discomfort.
According to the CNN report, Garcia’s lawyer Michael Parker said his client was given a 3 beverage -filled drink career. In that career a hot beverages package was not safely closed. Starbucks protested against the court’s decision
According to Los Angeles Daily News, Starbucks spokesperson Jackie Undson objected to the jury’s decision. He said, “We express our sympathy for the damage done to Garcia, but we disagree with the decision of the jury. We believe that we were responsible for this accident, but the amount of compensation in this case is very high. ”
