This device is specially designed to work with Chinese submersible, such as Striver and Hedau. Submersibles are used to gather information about the sea floor and do research in depths of the sea, but the presence and capacity of this tool has created concerns worldwide. Especially Western countries are afraid that if China wants, then this device may use this tool to cut the below sea to cut the cables, which may stagnate the internet connection of the whole world.
