Germany new chancellor: The Christian Democratic Union (CDU), a party of Friedrich Merz (CDU), has won the German general election. The CDU defeated the ruling Social Democratic Party (SPD) of Olaf Scolz badly. After which the Frederick Merge is going to become the new Chancellor of Germany.
The Christian Democratic Union is Germany’s Center Wright Party and contested with Christian Social Union (CSU). According to the German Broadcaster ARD, the alliance has so far received 28.5 per cent of the votes, while the second number was Germany’s fierce right -wing alternative for Germany (ADF). He has got around 20.8 percent of the votes. The ruling SDP was eliminated in this election. She was able to get only 16.4 percent of the vote.
Who is Frederick Merge?
Frederick Merge was born on 11 November 1955 in the city of Brillon, Germany. Marz started law studies in 1976, but before that he joined the CDU in 1972.
