Indian Drone Technology: Aero India 2025 held in Bengaluru, India, has ended this month. During this event, drones and anti-drain technology of Indian companies have made many countries of the world crazy. Middle East, South East Asian, Caucasian and African countries have also shown their interest in Indian drone technology. It is also believed that this air show has opened doors for the Indian defense industry in many countries of the world. On the other hand, the Government of India has also made a long jump in this direction, whose plan is to export weapons worth $ 5 billion.
Indian companies setting manufacturing unit in America
According to the report, Indian defense companies are setting up a manufacturing unit in the US to make their reach in the NATO market. The equipment of Indian defense companies from many countries of the world has shown interest in the equipment. However, the air show held in Bengaluru has performed more unmanned drones than fighter jets.
In recent years, the Indian Defense Services has invested more than 3 thousand crores to buy around 2500 military drones and now the Indian drone market is preparing to touch the target of billions of dollars in the next decade.
It is noteworthy that at present there are about 300 drone manufacturer companies in India, which are developing drones from farming to defense sector. In such a situation, India has set an ambitious goal of becoming a major global drone leader by 2030.
India is moving towards anti-drain technology
Many Indian companies like Gen Technology are expanding abroad. Armenia has chosen the anti-drain system of Gen Technology to increase the strength of his army. Apart from this, the Indian Air Force also bought this anti-drain system in 2021 and the Indian Army had ordered 20 units of C-UAS worth Rs 2.27 billion. At the same time, these Indian companies are now setting up a manufacturing unit in the United States, so that they can expand the NATO country market.
