This corridor going to be built between Pakistan and Bangladesh, PAK Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar

Since the coup in Bangladesh, Pakistan has been continuously working on a new project with the interim government of Mohammad Yunus. Pakistan education system itself has been destroyed, it is now talking about providing education to the students of Bangladesh. Both countries have started the Pakistan-Bangladesh Knowledge Corridor to strengthen the field of education and business. Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry gave this information on X.

Pakistan will give scholarship to Bangladeshi students

According to the Pakistani Foreign Ministry, 500 scholarships will be given to Bangladeshi students to get higher education in Pakistan during this five years under this project. It was told that one-fourth scholarship will be given to the students associated with the field of medical. Apart from this, during the next five years, it has been said to arrange for training for Bangladeshi administrative officials.

Pakistan Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar reached Dhaka on Saturday on a two -day visit. Ishaq Dar said, “It has also been decided to increase the number of scholarships allotted to Bangladeshi students from 5 to 25 under the Pakistan Technical Assistance Program.” Pakistan’s Foreign Office said on Friday (22 August 2025) that bilateral relations, many regional and international issues would be discussed during these meetings.

6 agreements between the two countries signed

According to the Pakistani Foreign Ministry, 6 agreements were signed between Bangladesh and his country. This includes free-visa entry for diplomatic and official passport holders, Memorandum Memorandum of Foreign Service Academy of both countries and cultural exchange programs.

Pakistan itself, which is standing standing in front of the IMF and other countries for money, is talking about giving scholarship to the students of Bangladesh. Recently, the IMF had ordered the removal of the finance secretary from the Central Bank Board from Pakistan and filling the posts of Deputy Governor. Pakistan is implementing the IMF’s seven billion dollar loan program. He gets a installment of about one billion dollars from the Monetary Fund only when he follows the prescribed conditions.
