Russia ukraine war: Amid the Russia-Ukraine War, President Vladimir Putin made a big announcement on Saturday (April 19, 2025). During a meeting in Kremlin, Putin (Supreme Commander-in-Chief) listened to a report about the situation on the contact line by General Staff, head of Russia’s Armed Forces General Staff and announced that the Russian Paksha (19 April) is stopping all military action from 06:00 pm (19 April) to 21 April, 00:00 pm MSK.
‘Cease Fire announced on humanitarian grounds’
Vladimir Putin has announced a seas fire on humanitarian grounds in view of Easter. He said that we hope that the same will be done by Ukraine. Also said that we have warned the soldiers about any possible threat, if the rules of ceasefire are violated by the enemy, then our soldiers will give a befitting reply.
I am not a fan of Jailonsky: Trump
US President Donald Trump on Thursday showed softening of Jailonski, saying that he did not hold him responsible for the Russian attack, but Trump blamed all the leaders for the commencement of the Russia-Ukraine war. While holding a joint press conference with Italian Prime Minister Georgia Meloni at the White House, Trump said that I am not considering him (Jailonski) responsible for the war, but I would not even say that he has done a very good job. I am not his fan. Earlier, Trump held Ukraine responsible for the war and blamed Jailonsky as responsible for millions of deaths.
Regarding the peace proposal with Russia on behalf of Trump, Jailonski had said that Donald Trump should come to Ukraine once before reaching a hurry and meet families of martyred soldiers in the church, hospital, war here. They should be aware of the ground reality.
