According to local media reports, this unfortunate incident took place on Friday afternoon at Dhamarai Upazila in Dhaka. Babylon was rushed to the hospital, where he was declared dead. Doctors said that he was brought to the hospital with serious injuries to the head, eye, face and legs. The police officer in -charge of the area said that according to the investigation, Babylon has been murdered due to a dispute. The process of arrest of criminals involved in the murder has started.
Demand for Yunus’s resignation
Recently, BNP top leader Shamsuzamam Dudu had accused the interim government, saying, “Under the interim government, the leaders of activists and political parties have been killed. The culprits should be brought under the purview of law without delay. Dissatisfaction will increase among people and political activists. ” This violent incident has created resentment in the South Asian country, many people have demanded Yunus’s resignation as the number of such incidents is continuously increasing.
