Russian embassy: Russia has termed Ukraine’s claims of missile attack at the Indian pharmaceutical company in Ukraine’s capital Kiev last week. In this regard, Embassy of Russia in the capital Delhi has issued an official statement.
The Russian Embassy described the allegations spread by the Ukrainian Embassy in Delhi as baseless. Russia has accused Ukraine upside down for the attack on the warehouse of the Indian pharmaceutical company. In fact, on April 12, there was a missile attack on the pharmacy warehouse of Indian pharmaceutical company Kusum Healthcare in Kiev. After the attack, there was a fire in the warehouse. However, no casualties were reported in this attack, but the warehouse was completely gutted. The Ukrainian embassy accused the Russian army for this incident.
What did Russian Embassy say in his cleanliness?
Russian Embassy clarified that the Russian armed forces did not attack the Kusum Healthcare’s warehouse nor planned the attack. According to the statement, the day (on April 12), the Russian Strategic Bomber, UAV strike unit and missile regiment targeted a aircraft plant in the Ukrainian military industrial complex, a military airplane infrastructure and armored vehicle repair and UAV assembly workshops at a separate place.
‘Ukrainian army makes citizens a human shield’
Russia retaliated, saying that the most possible interpretation of the incident is that Kusum, one of the Ukrainian air defense missiles, fell on the warehouse of Kusum Healthcare, causing it a fire. Similar cases have happened earlier, where Ukrainian air defense interceptors failed to kill their targets and fell into urban areas due to incompetently operated electronic war systems.
The embassy said that the Russian armed forces never targeted civil facilities during the special military operation. Russia claimed that it has become common for the Ukrainian military to deploy citizens as a human shield in urban areas to deploy air defense system, rocket launcher, artillery pieces and other military equipment.
