PepsiCo On Thursday, mixed quarterly results reported as its international sales offset weak demand in North America.

“As we look forward, we expect more instability and uncertainty, especially related to global trade development, which we hope will increase our supply chain cost,” CEO Ramon Languarta said in a statement. “At the same time, in many markets, the consumer situation remains under control and there is so is an uncertain attitude.”

The plan to travel around its North America business includes further expansion in multicultural and functional products, such as its simple, Sabra and Ceet brands. Company also recently Poppy purchaseA prebiotic soda brand. Pepsi is also working on connecting with consumers and ensuring better in-store availability and placement of its products.

But the company’s North American businesses saw some bright places. Pepsi Zero Sugar helped the company gain a market share, and Miss Vicky’s chips and Quker’s rice cake were one of the snacks that distributed the net revenue growth.

For the whole year, Pepsi now hopes that your main continuous currency income is almost unchanged from the previous year, increasing the growth of numbers below your previous forecast.

The company reiterated its approach to a less—-point increase in organic revenue.
