Ford CEO Jim Farley said in release, “We took a radical approach to a very tough challenge: make cheap vehicles that delight customers in every way – design, innovation, flexibility, location, driving and ownership costs – and do it with American workers.”
The Detroit Automeker plans to produce a midsize, four-door electric pickup at the Louisville assembly plant. The vehicle launch is slaughtered for 2027.
