US Action on Pakistan: America has taken strict steps regarding Pakistan’s nuclear and missile program. The US Department of Industry and Safety (BIS) has put more than 13 Pakistani companies in its monitoring list. These companies suspect that they are involved in dangerous activities related to atoms.

The US has also imposed restrictions on 7 more Pakistani companies as they were helping in Pakistan’s ballistic missile program. America says that all these companies can pose a threat to America’s security and foreign policy.

US action on these Pakistani companies

America has taken this strict step after the recent changes in the export administration rules (EAR). This action has affected around 70 companies of China, Pakistan, Iran, South Africa and UAE. Washington has said that these Pakistani companies are working against America’s national security and foreign policy. Now these companies will find it difficult to reach American technology. If these companies would like to buy something from America or use America’s technology, then they will need additional license.

America has also banned 7 companies associated with Pakistan’s ballistic missile program. Major companies are Business Consign, Global Traders, Linkers automation. & nbsp; These companies are located in cities like Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad and Wah Cantonment and were playing their role in the missile program.

Pakistan expressed resentment

Pakistan has strongly criticized the US sanctions which have been imposed on many of its companies. Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry said that this step is inappropriate and inspired by political thinking. Foreign Ministry spokesman Shafkat Ali Khan said that this decision of America is against the rules of global trade and technology. He said that this will make Pakistan difficult to reach those techniques, which are necessary for the social and economic development of the country. Significantly, the relations between Pakistan and America have remained tense since the return of the US Army from Afghanistan in 2021.
