Yama! Brands On Tuesday, Chief Financial and Franchise Officer Chris Turner was named effective from its next CEO, 1 October.
He will replace David Gibbs, who announced his retirement earlier this year. Gibbs has led Yama since 2020 and will be as consultant via 2026.
Turner joined the fast food company in 2019. Earlier, he played senior roles PepsiCo And spent more than a decade in McInese.
Turner said, “I am grateful for the opportunity to lead this global company with such iconic brands! Brands and incredibly grateful statement“I am excited to build all those we have completed together with our talented teams and in partnership with our franchisees worldwide.”
Under Gibbs, Yama expanded the digital order and pushed the price menu. Turner is expected to continue that strategy in spending consumers.
Yama operates KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and Habit Burger in more than 150 countries.
The company’s shares are around 5% so far this year.
