Comcast On Thursday, the expected board members of their cable network spinout announced, versant.
They come from background in media, technology, finance and other industries, according to the versant.
The Versent will now be the native company of NBCUNIVVERsal’s cable network including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SIFY and Golf Channel. On the digital front, it is also set on the home of Fandango, Rotten Tomato, Golfo, Golfpas and SportsANGN.
The spinoff is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
