American Airlines Revowing some of its pre-essential sites like Prague and Budapest, Hungary International travel Are making better grip than Domestic demand,
Other additions include Athens, its first Dallas Fort Worth International Flights for Greece and a year -long nonstop service between Miami and Milan.
The American is also expanding the service between Buenos Aires, Argentina, Dallas and Dallas and Zurich for next year’s World Cup, where the glory of football is, FIFA based. Those flights will run from May 21 to August 4 next year, a bid for more commercial travel and sports tourism.
American Senior Vice President of Network and Schedule Planning, Brian Zanotins told CNBC that the airline saw a high number of Argentina from Argentina to Doha, Qatar during the 2022 World Cup and he hopes to travel to 2026 World Cups, which will be played in Canada, America and Mexico.
He also said that the airline is expanding its Europe service in one condition that customers will join American hubs like Dallas or Charlotte, Northern Carolina.
“We took a new look, where there are demands hotspots in Europe and we continue to see strength in Italy and Greece,” Znotins said. “We continue to see high number of passengers in Europe to visit places like Rome and Athens,” therefore the airline is adding more options to the US hub.
With Prague and Budapest service from the American hub at Philadelphia International Airport, he said that many customers already fly in one city and for Danube River Cruise and other tourism out of the other.
The US unit’s revenue for domestic flights in the last quarter fell from 2024 to 6.4%, while the trans-element revenue increased by 5%.
Many of American’s summer routes were discontinued due to the Covid-19 epidemic, but Znotins stated that the changes were not just return to that period.
He said, “We have re -designed the entire airline on the basis of today’s demand atmosphere and there is no desire to go back by 2019,” he said. “Everything is changed.”
The American Zurich will use Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner for all new flights except Dallas, which will be flown by Boeing 777–200s.
