The issue of defeat will be raised in Parliament and Cabinet

Pakistan Muslim League- Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah said, “ICC Champions Trophy The Pakistani team lost an embarrassing defeat and soon dropped out of the tournament. Now the Shahbaz government of Pakistan will take cognizance of this. ” He said, “The Prime Minister will talk privately on the Pakistani team which has been a very poor performance in the tournament. He will raise issues related to Pakistan cricket in Parliament and Cabinet. “

Rana further said, “Even though Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is an independent institution, it takes its own decisions. But he will appeal to the Prime Minister to raise the issue of defeat of the team in Parliament and Cabinet. During this, the issue of appointment of PCB chairman will also be raised. ”

ICC Pakistan came out of the tournament in 5 days

It is noteworthy that ICC Champions Tophy 2025 started from February 19 in hosting Pakistan. Interestingly, after 29 years, an ICC tournament has been organized in Pakistan. In the opening match of the tournament, there was a competition between Pakistan and New Zealand. In this match, the Pakistani team had to face a crushing defeat by 60 runs.
